As some of you know, I've joined the military. Today, Sgt. Hernandez, my recruiter, called me with my ship date, which is Nov. 2. After this week, I have two months of basic training, and then I have God knows how long for my MOS training.
I'm going to be in the Air Force, as a linguist. It's looking like it is going to be a whole lot of fun. After I finish all of my training, I'm going to be getting married. I could use all of your prayers for that, and the training itself. Regardless, I'm not going to have very much time for Gaia anymore. I'll still be around, of course, but starting next week and ending around January firstis, I'm out.
I hope you all take care, have fun, and enjoy your fellowship together. It's precious, even if it is just over the internet.

It's been wonderful chatting with you here in the guild.
I know some friends of mine who have enlisted.
Even though you haven't started training yet, thank you for serving our country.
