I looked at some stuff on crystal keep (I'm working on making a creepy, diabolical sorcerer) and noticed a few extremely cool-sounding feats: the graft feats.
As I have none of the books necessary to pull these off, I was hoping someone else could tell me: How do these "grafts" work, and does one gain special abilities from them?

I don't recall them using feats, but grafts in D&D are like fantasy cybertech. It's an embedded magic item, essentially.
