It's just a bunch of guys sitting there naked. Or they're like teenage boys that look like hardcore gamers with greasy hair. I am emotionally scarred for life. -cringe-

I didn't know what this was, so I had to look it up. Wikipedia says if you witness "pornographic activity [users] may report the offending user. After three users have complained about the same participant within 5 minutes the user is banned from the service for 10–40 minutes."
Wow.
That's it? 40 minutes at the most?
Although these quotes made me laugh:

The people in my dorm liked to sit around and and do that in groups. XDD
It was more funny to scary to me, but I guess I wasn't doing it myself? More watched it while this guy tried to talk to people and saw a bunch of penises.

I completely avoid that site now. I use to go on there occasionally, block my webcam, and mess with people but after seeing a guy hanging in a door way I have never been back eek gonk burning_eyes

It's highly likely that what you saw was fake. Also, Chatroulette is fun in groups. My friends and I will sometimes get pretty hammered and go on there and it's always a memorable experience.
