This year I got a bunny rabbit for my birthday in March (: I had to beg my mom and gave up having a party just to get a bunny. Most people don't realize what great pets they make, they're actually quite intelligent animals. Some people even free range their rabbits and teach them how to do tricks. Mine is currently free ranged in my room (: Also, it's a myth that they smell bad rolleyes As long they're taken care of they don't smell one bit. In fact, they clean themselves!
I was told at the pet store that my bun was a male, but it's actually appearing that "he" may actually be a she! So my Linus may be turning into a Luna.

So do you clean after it every single time it goes to keep the smell from ever coming into existence?

Haha he's litterbox trained ^^ (I'm not weird, it's actually quite common) But the smell isn't noticeable as long as you keep up with cleaning it once a day or every other day.

Well the pet store told me it was a netherland dwarf, but it doesn't look much like a dwarf any more. I think just a mix, but there could be some nethie in there still. Thanks Elcia ^^ He is a cutie biggrin Sorry about your passed goldfishies ):

Rabbits actually do make great pets. When I was little, one of my friends had one that we called Bun-Bun. He had a bi of a violent streak, actually, though. Sometimes they can be pretty mean.
....I think snakes are cute. Thus my plans to own one soon ought to be mentioned here.

I have four bunnies.
Two french lops, Mr. French and Dakota.
A mini rex, Mickey, who used to be Minnie. XD
And a flemish giant, Dolly, who could grow up to forty pounds.
I also have two horses, a quarter horse mare, Princess, and a welsh pony gelding, Lightning(Bubba).
And a dog named Tiger, he's a mutt.
Two cats, Kenya and Kitten, and orange tabby and a calico.
Three kittens, Mellow, Toffee, and Butterball, all orange tabbys.
A mexican red-headed parrot named Jojo.
Three boer show goats, Chevy, Aladdin, and Barracuda.
A medium wool show lamb, Sookie, who is named after my favorite show True Blood. ;D
A blue butt show pig named Ossiago, or Ossi for short.
And four turkeys named Vern, George, Stanley, and Oscar.
Oh yeah, animals ftw. XD

Now that I've recovered from shock...
That is a lot of animals. I adore critters, but no way in hell would I want to take care of that many. The sheer expense...
Ontopic: I think bunnies are cute, but I've never wanted one as a pet.
