Ok, so I'm super bored right now, but I got this idea from another guild I'm in. So start of by saying "You know you're addicted to Mass Effect if.." and then put something that you do/ have done that's related to Mass Effect.
For example:

You're addicted to Mass Effect if you have the lyrics to 'Scientist Salarian' memorized and start singing it at random times. xd
