you've spent trying to make an av? Cause I think I reached my longest today... only to end up not being able to make it cause I'm short on gold. -.-

Discuss:
- spelling and how I am not a spelling bee champ. xd (totally had to look up discuss so I could spell it correctly cause i was missing the first s)
- av making and how you love/hate it
- gold and ways you make it
- waffles... and why I keep wanting write it o.O
- erm talking or lack there of from me.

Most days 5-8 min, some days half an hour to come up empty handed and become a cute little froggie.

I'm not sure but several hours...
This one I'm using now took particularly long because I changed everything after finding this cool looking hat.
Many more hours if you include dicking around with finishing touches razz

I've failed pretty hard lately though.. had this avatar for over 100 days now. D;

I can spend months on the same avi...touching it up and what not...but i am extremely fussy with my avis...im still not 100% happy with this one xP

i agree...
i'm still not satisfied with my current avi....
i want to remove and add items......until it looks perfect....
and i'm still saving some gold for some items that i want to buy.....
but they're so expensive xd
i also accept donations though^^

Usually I just start with one item I recently bought and am dying to try out, then I build the rest of the avi around that one item. That can take up to an hour, especially when I keep adding and deleting stuff because it's just not right, but most of the time I'm done much faster than that.

A couple of hours. Not all in one sitting, but yeah.
The longest I've spent without any interruptions and ONLY making my avatar is probably close to an hour. But I haven't done that in a couple years.

Well mine was more randomly inspired. xd cause when I was playing Assassins Creed II I decided to change my av to look assassin like with a sorta cloak and hidden weapon sorta thing going on. So then I was inspired to try to make something God of War like when I was playing the God of War Collection and thus 6 hrs of looking about for eyes, something for the middle to be cloth like, and something for the arms.
I ended up with the the av I am current wearing. (cause I knew I couldn't afford another reve to get gaunlets and nothing else seemed appealing arm wise ;o; ) and at the time I couldn't afford
Der Sandmann which has totally the best sash for said color scheme.
Really now if I could just find a weapon or two that I felt worked I'd be even happier with said av xp but for now things will do.
