the human body. The doors are the various orifi in the body. When in the womb, ears, nose, throat, a**s, urethra and eyes are closed but the navel is open via the umbilical cord. When born, that one closes and the others open.

Don't want to say anything more as I'd inadvertantly give this thing away... but needless to say... we've dealt with this one before... ages ago.

This is such a pervy answer, but I think it might be this ... here goes nothing ...a child in a mother's womb.

Something close was asked already, but that answer is also not correct.
Okay, the answer, to stave off any more pervy answers, is NOT a concrete thing. It is an abstraction.

Ah, sorry, breathing it is not... Kero stated earlier that this was a sort of abstract thing, not a concrete one. And while you can't hold a breath in your hand you can't live without it and it can be measured and analyzed. The answer he wants varies from person to person, but remains the same all the same, and although you need not heed it, it does exist and your life will be changed forever if you do. That is a rather lame clue, I know, and he's going to probably shoot me. But it was the only one I could come up with on the spur of the moment. wink
