My friends and I need help! We've been picked to run a maid cafe at a new con we've been planing to go to. We were picked because we were set up to do the Maid Cafe at another con we go to but we have a lot of prep time. But now since this popped up we don't have much time... Anyone have any tips of what we should do! What we shouldn't do? Anything for us to know?!

Treat it like a talent show. Have an area set up where volunteers can perform or show off a talent or whatever. Play bubbly/girly/jpop/jrock music.
Sell baked goods that can last more than 2 days.
