I want to start getting into lolita
I am saving up for supplies
I plan on making everything myself except for things like shoes sweatdrop
at first I wanted to just buy some basic things, but I definitely have my size against me.
I'm taller than most and have some kind of mix between pear and hourglass figure.
so I decided that making things myself would be a lot simpler than buying and everything.
now I know some stores have the custom size option but they never give you the option to get the skirt or blouse a little longer.
I have troubles buying clothes in Europe as it is I am not even going to try hoping ill find anything ever fitting me precisely.
I know its hard to make everything myself and I don't have much of sewing experience( some just not allot), but I have patience and will never rush into cutting or sewing together something before thinking about what I'm about to do. So I guess there wont be much problems there.
so I am saving for a adjustable dress form (ill get half of it from my mother because she could use it to since its adjustable).
and fabric and such
but does anyone of you have any suggestions about what item to start with?
or any other helpful suggestions.
