My problem is similar to one lots of people go through, not just poly-related. (All) the (people) I like don't like me back. Even if they did, they probably wouldn't be open to a poly relationship.
Sam, the adorable, cheerful ball of sunshine in my life.
Jesse, so saucy and fun and sarcastic and lively.
Ricky, so gentle and wise and mysterious.
Jarrett, so funny and smart and sexy.
Narrah, so quiet and cold and elegant and sharp.
Why can't we all get along?

I think you're way ahead of yourself right now. None of these people are attracted to you and yet you're already thinking about a potential polyamorous relationship. Do any ONE of these people have potential of willingly starting a serious relationship with you anyway? Why are they not attracted to you in the first place?
I think it's best for you to go slowly and then bring polyamory into the picture once there's at least SOME solid foundation. All I see here is no foundation at all and a lot of flimsy dreams.

Have you been in a previous relationship with any of them before? Are they all friends? You might want to try spending more time together with eachother. But no matter how hard you try you can't ever make people fall in love. Especially in a group that large, it can be difficult to even spawn the idea. Just keep on dreaming and be with them as much as you can. Even though a poly relationship is what you really want, isn't it better to keep them all as close friends than start something you know might turn ugly? Think about a little while...best of luck!
