This has been on my mind for a while, and I honestly don't believe the world will end in 2012. So, I just wanted to see if anyone else thinks this is true or not. I think it's a sign, maybe, of the end of the world. Because in the Qu'ran doesn't it say the world will end when we least expect it?
Idk. Two years is such a short time...so I hope it's not true. Also, what do you think about the "prophet" Nostradamus.
Some people just think it's a conspiracy, to get rid of people because the world is so overpopulated. And of course, to make money by selling "survival kits", videos and books.

Well at the end of 1999, during Y2K people thought the world was going to end, LOL. People going out and stocking up on canned soup and bottled water -.-
I dont buy into it at all...

Doesn't... all sorts of people expect it to end at 2012? We totally shouldn't expect it to end at 2012 then. Oh wait- Har har har. Jus' a little joshin'.
Anywho, as fer Nostradamus, I figger if you make a vague enough prophecy people'll keep saying it's gonna happen jus' so long as they kin' reinterpret it. Which is forever. Golly.

Wallahu'alam. Only God knows best what is ghaib/unknown to us. If it is God's will, the world could end at any time.
The Holy Qur'an, Surah Ya-sin (36), Ayah 82 - Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, "be", and it is!

As-salamu Alaykum
Prophecies by Nostradamus are so vague that you can interpret them to mean pretty much anything.
