I prefer to assume that anyone is granted their own repertoire. An established uniform would require people to buy and wear articles of clothing which they may not like or cannot afford; this is something which I wouldn't like to engage in, as gaia is supposed to be a self avatar to reflect whatever image their trying to portray, if their trying to portray a picture at all.

NO THEY DONT NEED TO WERE ITS JUST THAT SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO WERE UNIFORMS BUT WE DONT HAVE TO WERE THEM WE JUST WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THERE HERE IF WE NEED TO GO ON A MISSION OR IF WE WANT TO LOOK LIKE A SNIPER MARINE MEDIC....... SO WE CAN HAVE SOME IDEAS

Uniforms are stupid imo. A bunch of expensive non-sense items that has nothing to do with your roleplay, and you are forced to wear?
I've always hated uniforms in that regard. If you'd like a uniform, I can think of something, but it's not required, or even suggested at all. whee

What if we established what uniforms are issued to our characters? That'd be realistic, and wouldn't effect our freedom of avatar choice at all.

I currently already have an armor system code named "Apocolyspe, although I'll be creating a new one called possibly MJOLNER of Fenrir.
