In the spirit of the New Year approaching I'd like to have a little fun. I know that many of us in the lolita realm didn't start out coordinating the perfect outfit or dress right away, and if you did then all the more power to you! But for me, I missed the mark several times before I "got it right".

I'm curious to see what you looked like then and how you've evolved and worked yourself out now. I know for me I tried kuro, and sweet lolita before I learned what nice fabric was or nice lace, or really learned about styles and brands.

And hey if your still missing the mark a little, this will give you some home that you'll figure it out some day and that no one is perfect!

This is also a trip down memory lane for some of us, and for me at least I get a very good chuckle out of my own pictures and other's. Feel free to comment but PLEASE keep it nice and abide by the guild rules. ^_^

NOW THIS has a story. It was one of my first and only cosplays for an anime convention. I was mistaken as a lolita and invited to a tea party, I didn't feel right going to something I wasn't dressed as, but I went to check it out and that was the moment I fell in LOVE with lolita. ^_^


And here are some of my recent outfits from a meet up and a photo shoot. ^_^

Oh man, this is kinda funny since I just came across my newb pictures. XD Let's see...

My first ever outfit... It was a school uniform of some sort that my mom helped me alter. It's dated January 2006.



Here's my first brand outfit, dated April 2007 - I got this outfit at the Kino bookstore in New York during Spring break.
