We got a winter storm warning yesterday, I worked a drive through window in blowing cold (our window faces the chilly north winds too). It was only -3 but the windchill made it much much colder. There are drifts everywhere and I can't get out my front door.
Anyone else enjoying winter weather??

A month ago, I had really, really bad pneumonia. As in, I almost died. Since then, I have gotten mostly over it with just a nagging cough. Now that it's getting really damn cold here, I'm coughing up gunk again. I get pneumonia very easily, due to pre-existing lung damage. This leads me to believe I'm gonna be stuck in bed again coughing up frothy, bloody/green s**t and wishing I was dead.

So far I can't say it's as bad as Commie's experience! I do hate winter though! I hate that just to go out somewhere with my children takes almost an hour to get them fully ready. It was half an hour what with changing diapers, and clothing them, but now I have to hunt for coats, boots, and hats and get them on the kids! Guin actually isn't that bad because she sticks her socks in her boots and then gives me her boots. Lydia will throw her socks and boots where ever and Dante likes to play with and hide his coat.
I also hate how cold it is! I believe I will stop smoking after this pack. It's not worth being outside and freezing my a** off for!

Wow. Gotta say that really sucks lazycommie.
We haven't gotten any snow (That has actually stayed) yet. But that's ok. I don't mind the cold but hate the snow especially when it turns brown and slush like from being driven over so much. Hate walking through that.

It was actually pretty fun to drive tonight! I got to do some fish tails and even a spin out. I need to work on controlling that one a bit more. I don't like the scared feeling I still get when it happens. Parking lots here I come!
I still hate how cold it is though!

We got flurries on saturday that sorta stuck...
I don't count that for much though ._. I personally like snow and preferably moderate amounts of it, which is sort of rare here.
So you can send me all of your unwanted (uh white, cus that brown stuff is gross) snow. biggrin

Hm, it wasn't THAT bad here. Our roads, bits and pieces, were icy this morning, and everyone thought that it was 40km weather. ******** I almost went nuts! It was bad enough where I wouldn't pass, but 60km would have been fine! Vehicles didn't have their lights on, and large slow moving trucks neglected their hazards. Apparently when it starts to snow people go retarded!
