I'm planning on throwing a guild Christmas event once I get all of this junk for school done. I might have time to elaborate more after the 8th (when my seminar paper is due). So far, I have in mind:
Secret Santa - I need to start on this ASAP to give people time to prepare
Inside the guild:
-Some type of posting game (snowballs are for January, so think of something else)
-Art of course
-Christmas stories?
-Christmas avi contest
-A Christmas RP? (this is highly iffy)
-A dice/random number contest
-Stuff that is suggested
And of course there will be prizes! heart I just need to figure out how to get the gold for the prizes. My usual source of gold is currently unavailable. (a contest thread where I usually win gold) lol

 I was gonna say we could sing Christmas carols in some form or other, but I know we already do that in shops and towns.
I can probably donate some items that you can sell to raise money for the event or offer as prizes. c:

Also, I've seen a scavenger hunt done in another guild, where one of the moderators of the guild hid quoted pictures in different threads, and we had to find them all and then PM her.
It's an idea.

Our old guild captain (dragonred) did the scavenger hunt in Anime & Manga Club a while back. It was alot of fun! The clues mostly referred to inside jokes in the threads.
I don't know how we could do carols. I don't have a microphone to record my singing or anything. confused
Thanks for the donations! I was thinking about doing some serious booty grabbing to earn gold. The only problem is that half the time it freezes my computer. sweatdrop Perhaps we can get all of our members to booty grab 5k gold and donate it towards prizes. That sounds fairly easy. biggrin

'open' a present. you either get a good gift that makes you happy (+1), or it explodes in your face (-1)
