Say what kind of doctor you think the user above you is!!
They can be a doctor of the medical profession or a doctor in the sense of a college degree.
Examples
User is an insane doctor who performs illegal experiments.
User is a kind doctor who gets taken advantage of a lot.
User is an eccentric doctor who experiments with robots.
User is a doctor who escaped from an Insane Asylum.
