it is just a cave with some magma and a pool. it has a little podium at the back. The cave is Victor favorite hide-out.

Victor walks in the cave and let his pokemon out.
"ok guys. do what ever u want"
he walks further to the podium, takes his guitar and plays a little tune on it.
