Why couldn't they have the full library of Psone classics for games you had, not games they have submitted. That way we can just search a term and get a game we had back in the 90's man. pirate

T 0 A S T E h Why couldn't they have the full library of Psone classics for games you had, not games they have submitted. That way we can just search a term and get a game we had back in the 90's man. pirate honestly...i dont think their servers could handle such a load...not right now anyways. Once more PS3s sell, im sure things will start to look better as far as the PSN goes, but im pretty sure its a server issue....well thats what i think anyway. Im sure the more educated people in this guild will correct me sweatdrop

They need permission from the publishers. IMO they should let people with PSone games rip them to their PS3s.

Sailorcancer2004 They need permission from the publishers. IMO they should let people with PSone games rip them to their PS3s. Or they could just have Resident Evil remakes... I can't imagine how much money they would make if they go through with that. gonk

They do need to ad a resident Evil remake, but I doubt they ever will because it was only released for the Nintendo. The only game I was interested in getting was Final Fantasy VII. I've been playing that 2 weeks straight, lol it's addicting...

You think you got it bad for PS1 selection? The PS1 library we got in Britain is pathetic. For almost 2 years the only decent game we had for PS1 downloading was Crash Bandicoot, then the new head of Playstation-Europe stepped in and saved us all. It's still minimal compared to America's library and abysmal compared to Japan's but at least we got some of the more big-name titles now.
Still, I'm holding my breath for the day they make a booted port of "Vib Ribbon" like they talked about back in 2007. *Sigh*

Just last week we got Metal Gear Solid 1 finally. Not that it mattered to me personally since I got it on disc still as well as one of the older PS3s with the backwards compatibility, but still it took it's sweet-a** time.

Well PS1 is okay but I'm looking forward to the PS2 classics like twisted metal black and the time splitters trilogy

I still have my PS1, and still use it too. Lately I've been playing Legend of Mana. I do love being able to download PS1 games on the PS3 though. That's one of my favorite features on the system.

I still have my ps1 but the laser died a long time ago. I'm so glad we can play the games on ps3. My ps3 model doesn't play ps2 games though. I believe the older models are the only ones that can. And yes i agree about the library carrying a bigger selection of games.
Some publishers aren't around anymore :[
