When you look at your profile, there is a number at the end of the url. I realized a long time ago that that number corresponds to a user. You can use that number to look up someone's posts, guilds, store, etc. (No, I am not a stalker.) Anyway, I realized that the number corresponds to when you registered. Lanzer is 3, so he has the third account. (Admin was the 2nd and the 1st is blank.) I looked up Mira's account because I know that her account is is old; she is 4,671st account on Gaia. Mine is 1638606, so I am the 1,638,606th account on Gaia. I realized all of this when I started wondering why Mademoiselle Alvenette's was so long. She is the 20,013,483th account on Gaia. Considering that she has only been on Gaia for a week, it is safe to say that there are now a little over 20 million accounts on Gaia! How cool is that? xd

I wonder, out of all of the accounts on Gaia, how many people are still active or at least semi-active. If we have over 20 million accounts, I wonder why we don't have any more people online at a single time than we did a couple years ago. confused

UPDATE HERE!
I just realized something else related to user numbers and join dates! You know how when you want to send a gift to someone, there is a drop-down menu that lists your friends, right? Well, I couldn't figure out why the order seemed so random, that is... until tonight... Your friends with the oldest accounts are on the top and your friends with the newest accounts are on the bottom! Check it out!

huh, I'm 689291. So Gaia more than tripled in the six or so months between the time Zellie joined and when I joined.
