We use Innovative Percussion.
But I would have to say that I like Pro-Mark more.

for marching: hands down innovative percussion, the sticks last so long becuase the pack the wood really tight into the stick try getting a pair of paul rennicks from innovative, my fav stick hands down
vic firth makes a good stick as well, if your gonna get a pair from them get some MS3's, they're cheap and they feel great, when you get more epxirienced try looking at other sticks by vic firth, they are the largest manufacturer in marching sticks.
pro-mark isnt that great when it comes to marching, ever since scott johnson went to pro-mark they made a really good series called system blue, i like them alot pro-mark's orchestral sticks are amazing, if you ever do any orchestral drumming get some sticks by pro-mark!

I forget which company...I think it was Innovative Percussion. My instructor recommended Mike McIntosh's (Spelling?) marching sticks...I don't know what more they're called, due to the fact that the name wore away. But I love them.
