Story

Decades ago, there was a tribe of humans with mutant abilities that lived on an island. They were able to build a society and live in piece. But then quarrels started to erupt and four dominant mutants wanted to become leader and fought over territory. Finally they decided to split the island into four territories and made four separate tribes. The four tribes were known as Heart Tribe, Blood Tribe, Rose Tribe, and Thorn Tribe.
Now, mortals have discovered the island that the tribes named Sanctuary. And they are determined to kill these 'freaks' as they called them.
The tribes are not aware of the mortal's evil plot but the ancestors tell them
"A dark cloud will descend over Sanctuary and four must once again become one."
Will the tribes keep their peace, or will the mortals exterminate them?

Rules

* No goddmodding, flaming, hacking, etc.
* This is a literate, semi-literate role-play. That means no one-liners. I understand writers'-block, but try to make it at least three sentences per post.
* Violence and romance are encouraged.
* I am godess. My word is law!
* I can change the rules any time I want.
* PM me your profile with the subject "Love" if you're for love, "War" if you're for war, and "Soul" If you're neutral.
* Put a wahmbulance on the top of the PM so I know you read the rules.
* Swearing is ok, but don't over-do it.
* You can have as many characters as you want as long as you use them all.
* Don't copy someone else's powers.
* Don't kill another person's character(s) unless they agree to it.
* Post at least twice a week.
* If I say you have to change something because I don't feel it's appropriate for the role-play, you have to change it.

Tribes

Heart Tribe

Heart Tribe is loyal to the pact of peace with the other tribes and fights for what is right. Their arch enemy tribe is Blood Tribe, their alliance is Rose Tribe. They are on the side of love.

Blood Tribe

Blood Tribe is an ambitious tribe. They are not afraid to break the pact and sometimes seek war with the other tribes. Their arch enemy tribe is Heart Tribe their alliance is Thorn Tribe. They are on the side of war.

Thorn Tribe

Thorn Tribe is an untrusting tribe that are snappish most of the time. Their arch enemy tribe is Rose Tribe, their alliance is Blood Tribe. They are on the side of war.

Rose Tribe

Rose Tribe is the calm tribe. But they are not afraid to fight for what they believe in. Their arch enemy tribe is Thorn Tribe, their alliance is Heart Tribe. They are on the side of love.

Leader- Leads the tribe.
2nd In Command- Deputy. Will take the leader's place when he passes.
Healer- Communicates with the ancestors and uses herbs and magic to heal the tribe.
Babysitter- Looks after the children while the tribe is away.
Defenders- Defends the tribe.
Mothers- Tribe members pregnant or caring for a child younger then 5 years of age.
Defenders In Training- Children 5 til the leader decides they are worthy to become Defenders. Trains to become a Defender.
Children- Younger then 5 years of age.
Elders- Those too old to serve the tribe or handicapped.

Who Am I?: Lady Moon has been loneliness since day 6. She has no friends what so ever expect a cute baby tiger that comes around every so often. She can turn into a ghost. She was thrown around like a rag doll and never enjoyed her child hood. But as sad Lady Moon appears to be she's curious about everything.

Who Am I?: When I was born into the Rose Tribe, the first thing my father said was "He will be one of the best warriors this tribe has ever seen." I consider that a curse. Truly, I am a great swordsman, one of the best. However, it seems that I am conflicted between two things. My swordsmanship, which urges me to fight, and my Tribe, which urges me to love, and not fight. I do not know where I should stand, or if I'm even on the right side.

Lady Moon was filled with thoughts. Flying through her head as she watched the waterfall. Thoughts of how to run the tribe ran through her mind.

Yuki tossed and turned in her house made of bamboo, which grew abundantly in Rose Tribe's territory. Nightmares were filling her dreamscape, flashing ominously with visions of war. It was war between the tribes, but she saw some mortals in her flashes. Mortals with weapons unknown to the tribe people. Yuki had no idea what any of this meant. A voice called out to her, ""A dark cloud will descend over Sanctuary and four must once again become one." The voice echoed in her head until she snapped into consciousness. Her brown eyes snapped open and a drop of sweat ran down her face. What had that dream meant? Was it a warning from their ancestors? If it was, then grave danger was coming to Sanctuary...

Shereun walked outside to watch the sunrise. It wasn't something she had to do, it was just something she did, a habit she had aquired in the begining, to keep everyone safe. They were safe now, had been for a long time, but she needed to keep her mind on something now-a-days. Things had calmed down a bit since she had joined the tribe, but she could feel SOMETHING in the air. It weighed down on her, and she knew that whatever it was, wasn't good. No doubt her leader had already felt it, but she would talk with him about it later anyway. For now, she would just watch the sun ascend the heavens, listening to all the sounds around her, and let her problems dissapear for an hour and a half.

Airlia walked out of her hut, the sun touching her blood red hair, amplifying it and making her more intimidating. She saw Shereun and grinned, sneaking up on her by turning into a snake. She slithered up her legs and body until she was wrapped around Shereun's chest, her golden eyes staring into her's. "Morning." She hissed.
