I was going to tell a friend some movies to watch with Muslim actors/actresses or dealing with Islam..then i remembered...I only know 1. A French language movie called 'Persepolis' I'm looking for more...movies with entertainment value, rather than documentaries. But documentaries are welcome too! Just include if it IS one xp Oh there is also another movie called 'Britz' but it is not a good movie. It's about some British Muslims who are groomed into joining a terrorist group. And the story is mainly about a guy whos sister is one the ones groomed...God i cried. Any recommendations?

It is educational, yet it is a brilliant movie about the Prophet (SAW) life.

I have seen The Message, a film about Mohammed. I think it is good, there is wars and alot of stuff.

Yeah, my mom didn't let me see some scenes...well actually I covered my eyes whenever they were on...
I hate violence in religion.

Namine952 Yeah, my mom didn't let me see some scenes...well actually I covered my eyes whenever they were on... I hate violence in religion. Ah thats okay. I'm not bothered by violence at all in films ><

Usually violence doesn't bother me either, but they are times when the blood dripping from the soldiers terrifies me.

Persepolis? The Message? Arranged? @w@ Waaah, never heard. ^ ^;;
Well, I guess I need to search around aye? Hard to find international Islamic movies over here (Malaysia), or I'm just too dumb to find one. XP
But I know, we had one cartoon for Islam history. Simply to say we made cartoon for Muhammad times.
But please don't get me wrong, we don't draw any Muhammad's face or anything. And we didn't made any voice to imitate him. But we made it like the camera/screen is Muhammad. Like we are watching from Muhammad's sight. And to say what he said, it is like we are saying it in a hadith. Bah, I don't know how to explain it. emo I could not remember the title too. =/
