What do you think about it? The only positive thing that I can find are the additions of the "my posts" and "my subscribed threads" to the shortcut menu. But why oh why did they have to get rid of the guild shortcut? crying I miss that more than anything else. If you look under the shops tab, you will find that half of the box is about buying stuff from Gaia. Doesn't Gaia get enough money from the cash shop and the sponsors as it is? Gaia is definitely going overboard with the commercialism thing.

I'm super annoyed that they got rid of the "my avatar" and "my guilds" shortcuts. On the other hand, the trade one is great.
....or it would be if i could trade. mad
I'm really sick of the crappy customer service I've been getting around here lately.

I don't trade enough to be concerned with with the trade shortcut. I still have a tendency to go to the map to go to different places. It's kind of cool going to the bank. 3nodding I know that they got rid of the shop passes, but I wonder if they still have the trading passes. I haven't had to buy one in years, so I have no idea.
I like the shortcut to the subscribed threads. That is a very nice touch. And, I think that is about the only thing that they did that I do like. It seems like too much hassle to get to the guilds. The tiny clickable areas in the boxes don't help any.

They changed the navigation sometime today, but I don't know when. If you are asking about the when they did away with the shop passes and instituted the 2% closing fee, I honestly can't remember. I remember things that happen, but I can't remember when they happen. sweatdrop I know that they still had the trading passes a year and a half ago when I tried to get my friend Miranda on Gaia. They were 500g. By that time, they already got rid of the shop passes. They were 1000g. (And this was a bit expensive back then.) You could buy them at the bank. I hope I was able to answer your question.

The trading passes you still have to buy, they're still 500gg which you can get setting up your aquarium if you choose to do so, on another note...
scream I HATE THE NO MY GUILDS IN THE SHORTCUTS MENU!!! burning_eyes

It doesn't help any that there isn't a link to the guilds on the Community page. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the forums doesn't have its down tab. I think that it used to have one years ago, but I can't really remember.

I don't like the changes. Period. I haven't been on Gaia in a long time (I don't know why I haven't been on the computer at all actually) so this was actually a big shock to me. Where's the shortcuts thingie? I need one!

There's a button up top that says "Shortcuts." I just have the tektek toolbar. Helps a lot.

The navigation system is completely unavailable by phone. It just shows a blue bar. Also, when accessing the full site by phone, I can see that I have PM's, but I can't open them. Using the new Gaia phone system thing, it is easier to get to my inbox, but I still won't let me read my PM's. And neither system will let me check any forums/guilds! xp We have a 10 minute break halfway through our 2 hour African American Writers class each day, so I try to wake myself up by looking at my Gaia stuff.
