Effective July 1st ,
Article 1 (rules)
1. There shall be complete freedom of speech. It is however highly recommended that you try to hold back on cussing.
2. Try not getting too off topic.
3. At least try and back up arguments with facts .
4. No role playing.( not what this guild is for)
5. No spamming. That just isn’t cool.
6. Pray towards Chuck Norris 5 times a day. (optional)
7. Try and use common sense whenever possible.
8. Though there is freedom of speech here racism and bigotry will not be tolerated, Be civil.
Article 2 (crew)
There shall be five crew positions
1. The guild Captain
2. The Vice Captain
3. And the 3 crew members
The position’s duties are as follows
Captain – Shall enforce rules, run guild, demote crew members if necessary, and be awesome.
Vice captain – assumes captains duties if prolonged absence. Enforces rules and is in charge of the other crew members. Think of this as “Captain pro tempore”
Crew position #1 – is completely in charge of recruiting. This means inviting people and promoting our guild in the gaian forums regularly. If no current VC then they fill in.
Crew position #2 – shall assist in checking that rules are being followed in the forum and will ban members if necessary.
Crew position #3 – will assist the other crew members and will fill in for them whenever necessary.
Article 3 (crew elections)
When ever a vacancy appears in the crew an election shall be held to fill the void. Majority rules shall apply. The position of Vice Captain will be voted on by the crew . All elections for crew will last 5 days to maximize voting. If a guild member wants to be on the ballot then they need to send a message to the Captain. The period of which guild members send in request to be on the ballot for crew will be the 3 days prior to the election being held.
Article 4 (amending the guilds constitution)
If someone feels something should be amended added or removed then pm the Vice captain or 1st crew member if VC is vacant and the crew will vote on it in the crew forum. The Captain shall only vote in case of tie. If passed then the amendment will be added, if rejected the auther of the amendment will be notified.

I do solemly affirm to preserve, protect, and defend this guilds constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. Bear true faith, and what-not. Blah-blah babity blah blah. So help me, Jebus.

California is beautiful but we know how badly the socialist left has messed it up. You have my sympathy. Yes, I like the guild's constitution and the sense of humor indicated by the Chuck Norris reference. LOL!
