My tenors are named Larry(1), Barry(2), Terry(3), Jerry(4), and Harry(spock).

well first bass was played by a very legendary person, which was a girl named Krystal, so we named first bass Krystal, since she played it and was so legendary.

I play everything in marching percussion, you name it I play it, and in Pride city our five bass is named chad because of a guy that was in pride

I've gotten in a habit of naming things that either me or my friends play. My snare is Leroy, who is my stud. My friend Becky's snare has been dubbed Tequila Bob, Missy's bass is Yegar(sp?) Bomb, and three sets of cymbals belonging to more friends are: Brooks+Dunn, Eeny+Meeny, Miny+Mo. And then i named the bell set Gary, because when you hit the mallets together it makes a noise like Gary's eyes in the one epi of spongebob. OH! i almost forgot the timpani. Lady Guenivere, Sir Galahad, Sir Lancelot, and King Arthur.

Yeah, we are all a bit mad in corn country. The bells and the timps were used in pit, so that's why they have names too. I got my drum's name from this:
"I saddle up my horse
And i ride into the city
I make a lot of noise
Cuz the girls they are so pretty
Ridin up and down broadway
on my old stud LEROY
all the girls say
SAVE A HORSE RIDE A COWBOY!"

I named my snare Precious. partially because I got it brand new that season, and partially a rip off of lord of the rings... when the head blew on it, I ran around screaming "I BLEW MY PRECIOUS'S HEAD OFF!!" heh... that was right before a performance to...

For our timpanis, there is Papa timpani, mama timpani(A.K.A. the gimper) child timpani, and baby timpani...very original. xd I know.
