Scourge, also known as Evil Sonic, is a green hedgehog who appears in the Archie comic series. He's a womanizer and is keen to destroy Sonic. He at first looked just like Sonic (blue in color and whatnot) but when absorbing the Master Emerald, he gained more strength and eventually turned lime green in color. I hope that helps?
