» Okay so i thought we need a separate thread for the actual voting of the art spotlight. We are going to be holding an art spotlight at the start of each month. Here are the terms and conditions for voting
- Each guild staff is allowed to vote only once per month
- Each guild staff can only vote for 5 artists. They have to be different artists
- You can only vote for that artists NEWEST artwork to your knowledge, and not artworks they've done before. You can use DA as a means of seeing what their newest artwork is. If they dont have da, then their shop
- The artist you vote for must be an active one, no point in voting for one that isn't
- The artist you vote for must be a member of the guild.
- The guild staff is not allowed to vote for themselves. Let others see if you are worthy
- After all of the nominations are up, we will make a poll on which ones will make it to the top three.
- The mods that are not able to vote before the 1st of each month cannot vote until the voting for the next month.

Ne, Kaleta? One of the artists I posted JUST updated their DA with an even better image that better displays their talents. May I use that one as an example instead, or just go with what's there?

xD Aaah, I misread the rules. I thought Kaleta meant that after the first of the month, the voting for artists stops.
