I got Mame32 and Killer Instinct to rip some Mugen sprites and attempted the BloodStorm background disable code. ...But, when I go to add/edit cheat or Enable/Disable cheat, It refuses to work. It says "Cheat Directory not found. Unzip it and put it in the Mame directory. The cheat database is nowhere to be found. What do I do? ....google told me nothing.....

Well, find a site with a Mame32 directory or help stuffs on there, and chances are if you go to enough sites, you'll eventually find a cheat directory to use. Hell, you could just take the time to make your own even >_>

.................................... Okay, new info from Pugsy's Cheats. (I was searching the wrong keywords) It's not the directory, it's Mame. I have a cheat directory, but when inside Mame32 I go to Options>Directories And the dropdown menu from the directories window? It doesn't have "Cheats". It has everythind from "ROMs" to "Background Images" but not "Cheats". .................Can I insert the cheat option?

You shouldn't need to manually set a directory inside mame. As long as cheat.zip is in the same folder as mame.exe, and you enabled cheats in mame.ini, you should be good to go.
You didn't unpack cheat.zip did you?
