Eons ago, when the world was still young, nine gods resided over the world, each governing one Element: Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Lightning, Darkness, Shadow, and Light. They each ruled justly and the world was at peace, but alas it would not last. The evil that resides within all worlds resided within that one as well, and, through the folly of Darkness and Shadow, who saught to subdue and manipulate it, it was released. That started the first and only war the world of Fryoma had ever known. The evil eventually conquered the gods and placed each of them within an orb, which were then scattered throughout the land. Now, 10,000 years later, nine people, with no apparent connection to each other, travel together, for each was born to wield one of the orbs. In a world conquered by evil, where it ios always night, and the moon rules the sky, these adventurers seek the stones, for only if the powers of all nine are enacted can the evil be subdued, and the ancient war must be rekindled. The fate of all life rests on the shoulders of those nine travelers, and their are those who would do anything to stop them...

Rules:
1. BE LITERATE! This means NO chatspeak, NO oneliners, and keep misspellings and grammer problems to a MINIMUM! Nothing like this: *walks 2 bad guy* hey what r u doing here! i will kill u! *takes out sword and cuts off his head* Posts must be at least three sentences, and in third person story format.
2. BE DESCRIPTIVE! I don't want a plain, boring rp.
3. NO GODMODDING OR POWERPLAYING! NO perfect characters!
4. Don't leave anyone out, try to include everyone in the rp. I will do that to the best of my ability as well.
5. Pm your profiles to me.

Personality: Kazuma is very hot tempered and has a tendency to take offense at the smallest things. He loves the summer time and spends most of his time out doors. However, he does also enjoy a good tavern, and a strong drink never goes unappreciated. I must say he's a bit of a pyromaniac, but that's to be expected. He hates the cold as well as rainy days. Fog makes him nervous. Around friends he's usually very loud and likes to make them laugh. Overall, he's generally a good guy.
Bio: Kazuma can't remember his parents, and he doesn't try to. All he knows is that he always has to keep moving, and that leaves no time for reminiscence. Who needs the past when there's the future?

Bio: Let's just say it's complicated and twisted. And it includes being arrested.
Other: She doesn't often associate with the others, and prefers the hurt animals that she finds on her travels to humans. She has one permanent resident with her, and that's a little male black kitten she calls Taroo. Most of the other animals she cares for go back home once they've healed. It's hard for her to fall in love, as she's usually cold-hearted. She hates humans, because they are weak and because she is half human, which she believes makes her weak. She wants to be powerful, and is very cold-hearted. Occasionally she'll do something nice, but don't expect anything more than what you just got.
Powers: Will be revealed during the rp. Mostly dark energy manipulation.

Personality: Always loves making friends(cept humans), loves to hunt, she loves the water, when there are too many humans around she will go berserk and go on a rampage, Saphira also loves to hang out with either half demons and dragons, she cna be very quiet at times or very talkitive.
Bio: When Saphira was born her mother and fathe went to war with the humans at their side but the shadows took them and I have never loved humans ever since that dreadful day because they couldn't protect my mom and dad. Ever since i was able to fly i have been searching for other surviving dragons to travel with and to help get rid of the darkness in the very reccesses fo everyones minds.

"Admit it Tanya, we're lost!" a small firey figure with wings seemingly too lartge for its body and made of fire said. "Nonsense Tamika, I'm not lost. I'm a dragon, so there's no such thing as lost." a woman of about 18 answered. She had flowing golden hair and stormy grey eyes with a wild gleam to them. Her ears were pointed and poked up through her golden curtain of hair. Her skin was a pale cream and her robes were silk and white. "If you're so sure of yourself," the fire fairy retorted, "why don't you transform and find out?"
"Fine, but will you be able to keep up?" the elf asked, thewn started to change. Within minuets she was no longer in her elf form, but in her dragon form. She was huge and her scales a glimmering red. Her teeth were like daggers, longer than swords and sharper. She let out a bugle of happiness and took off, launching into the air, the fire fairy a red streak, just barely keeping pace.

can I say a few things? totally dis regardable though.
1. Shadows are the same as darkness.
2. Lightning is fire, air, and light.
3. Can I use choas and order stones instead of lightning or shadow?

((Ok. To me the differernce between darkness and shadow is that with shadow magic you control shadows, and darkness magic is more an energy. Second, I like to keep lightning seperate, because to me it is a whole different form of energy. Third, if you want chaos and order that's fine, but those aren't godstones. They can be enchanted with those powers if you wish.))
