There's no such thing.
It depends on what kind of Barb you go, as to what kind of weapon to use.

unless you are a shouter(then you want 2 hoto's) you want to use botd, that is the best runeword, unless you play ladder, then you want death. but you need to find some nice runes and an ETH weapon with the amount of sockets needed for runeword(6 for botd and i thought 5 for death)
and in wich weapon you want it depends on what mastery you have skilled

I want to know whats best for duel wealding. I have been using some mace right now.

Dual wielding, once again, no such thing, but you can look at it like this.
Sword - Lovely 2 sword set, very good unique swords, limited on "Uber godly" runewords you can use.
Axe - You can make eth zerker axe BotD which is argueably the best BotD.
Mace - Hmm, not much here I can see, HotO for a Bard (Shouter) and you can then whore your full IK set if you got it.
Spear - Throwers, while I feel aren't as good, are still a viable build.
Polearm - You can make some INSANELY high damage runewords, BotD, Death, and more, actually makes Leap Attack a viable way to take care of Ubers.
