Ability is what the weapon can do, weather it be a special power or 'normal' for whatever usual attack it has. You don't have to have a special ability if you don't want.
i.e. (ability) The XXX sword can cut through chakra armor
i.e. (special ability) XXX whip can drain an enemy's chakra and give it to the wielder.

An example of a side effect is if it harms the user in any way, shape, or form. Can it (the weapon or special ability) be used only for a specific amount of time? etc. Note: If its special ability is really powerful, it should have a farley grate side effect, like major chakra drainage or a very long 'reload' time, etc.

Range is how far it can reach, 1 foot, a meter, a few feet, 20-50 meters, etc.

Speed is how fast you can wield it. If it's something big and heavy and your character isn't very strong, he may be slow to use it.

Chakra Consumption is optional. The more you use the weapon or special ability, the more chakra it drains.
