Try to get it removed by asking the person who posted it and the site owners/moderators.
I really don't really know what to do with this problem aside from that...
I hope it gets down soon (and that no one really sees it), this must be really awkward for you.... confused (Or another word I can't think of.....)

1) Tell your ex to remove the video themselves or you'll sue.
2) Ask the mods to remove the video for you.
3) If neither works, consult a lawyer and try to get a cease-and-desist filed.

Basically you either do the "make it a greeting card and forward it to her parents" option and laugh about it, or bring it to the attention of the law.
