Physical Description: (Okay, an image is fine, but I'm gonna have to ask you to include a description as well, and I'm gonna have to ask you to please be a bit more elaborate than "looks like Power-Girl with realistically sized boobs" or "goth".)
Costume: (Your characters trade-mark! The thing people will relate to them! The thing little kids on Halloween will wear! Get elaborate! Get funky! Get colorful! Or not! Whatever!)
Backgroud: (Go as detailed or as brief as you see fit, HOWEVER, I do require it to at least fit in the DCU and ALSO be some what complete. "She grew up on a farm in Kansas then became a super-hero" is not a full background. Also there will be SEVERE beatings if its just "will be told in RP". SEVERE. BEATINGS.)
Personality: (PLEASE be descriptive in here as well. "Perky, random, and bubbly" is a fine start, but come on, you can't just describe yourself in three words, and neither should your character!)

Okay i didnt want to put much work into it cuz i did not know if you would accept it. Its a female that has the power to attract both sexes and is trained extremely well in martial arts. If I get the ok I will make the character legit with all the info needed.

Um...Is there a reason for the attraction from both sexes?
Martial Arts training is fine, but the attraction from both sexes doesn't make any sort of logical sense. Also, what if a character is a Heterosexual Female or a Homosexual Male? That would just make the character, and probably the player, feel rather uncomfortable.

I remember playing X-Men or Marvel something (I know it isnt DC) and Spider-Girl had spider pharamones...faramones...stuff that attracted guys to her... Maybe like that?

Yes, but the Pheromones thing are attached to her powers and only attracted men.
Her power itself is making EVERY ONE attracted to her, and that is a bit of a problem.

I supose the big question is is it an attraction (hey she is hot!) or a complusion ( must have her which is werid since I am gay guy)
Jessica Drew Spiderwoman 1 has the phermones. Starfox has a pleasure push. Jessica's power also has the effect of making some women hate her. Charisma, a legion foe, had a smilar power but more into the compusion area unforunately for her.

Alright she attracts males then and well i guess she will have to be hot then to answer your question (like me lol)........ok so does that agree with evrybody now so that I can make the characer fully.

I will 100% accept the power if it also makes some women instinctively hate her. GLJordan brought up a great point: is it attraction or compulsion?

Well I think that other girs would just hate her just from pure jealousy anyway........so yeah why not you can add that.
Ummmmm as for attraction or compulsion i was thinkung more toward attraction but you can make the final decision on that.

No. No I can't accept your character. Even if you filled out the form completely, as-is I just can't with a good conscious accept your character. Being attractive is not a super-power. Being Little Ms. Perfect and Hot is not a super power. It makes your character a model, being a super model is not the same as a super hero. Also from the sound of it your character is just a self-insert, which would be fine but I'm afraid as the character is at the moment you've taken it past the realms of acceptability. I am sorry, but I can't accept your character until you actually figure out a decent, plausible super-power and an actual character.

Hey you know what would be cool.....if you get enough people get two group of five titans a good and bad and the story could be like there battle. That woud be FREAKIN EPIC!!
