I'm new to Gaia and read the Q&A forum and know not to give out my password to anyone EVER. When I want to buy an item from the marketplace it says buy it now for whatever price the item is and then next to that you have to enter your password b4 you click on the buy now link. So is it OK to enter your password for the purchase?

Moving to the Q&A smile
As mio said, it's safe to use your password in the Marketplace. A part of the site itself asking for your password is safe, but only if the password box is integrated into the page. If a separate gray box comes up - close it and DO NOT enter your information.
(It is nice to hear that you're being so cautious with your password. It's always best to ask if you're unsure 3nodding )
