Pretty simple, if the power of law or your own morality was suspended and you could have action without consequence, what would you do if oyu had the power and ability to do it and get away with it?

Anyway, I think that the word "morality" is misplaced here. In a hypothetical situation where consequence is suspended, then the only restraint is a person's morality.
For example, I could get away with ******** a goat, but I wouldn't because it doesn't suit my ideas of morality.
@Sanzo — If you robbed a bank, couldn't you just buy the anime/manga?

hence why I said or, either I rob the bank or steal manga.... of course I could always do both and use the money for other stuff... like filling a swimming pool so I could swim in money xd
