Well, since my favorite character already isn't part of the Keroro Platoon...

Defininitely Tororo in my case.
I love that annoying little hacker brat~ xD

I don't think writing all of them would be a good idea for me though...

2nd fave after Tororo is definitely Nebula though! 8U;
And after that I have no idea about where to list who...;; -shortens down list-
Kiruru. (Kiruru Dot), pretty much all of the Garuru Shotai and the Syurara/Shurara Gundan (aside from Robobo, Yukiki and Pururu; I don't know why, I'm just not too fond of either of those 3 xD;; ), Dark Keroro, Shivava...erm...
...and Meru from the 2nd movie, of course. He's adorable. . v . <3

Favorite human char has to be Fuyuki~ 8B
I love that guy and his "obsession" towards the occult is just... Awesome. xD
