I think trading passes r just a waste of time and gold. You only buy them to trade and buy stuff for yourself. Don't forget they are 5,000 gold.

It's called a gold sink. The system is like that because there's far too much gold in the economy as-is, so the admins do stuff like this to try and remove some gold from circulation.

I remember working a whole week or two to get the 4200g that I needed for my elf ears. Which were the very first item I felt I desperately needed to get.

Gold is so ridiculously easy to get, though. Most people I know are getting at -least- 1k a day. At least. I don't see why it would be a problem.

I know Anise, and ever since ZOMG came out I have been making plenty of gold to spare on random things I'd never have bought otherwise.

It`s only 500 gold and u can make alot of gold buying and selling in the market.
