Where do you get body dye besides in the market? Is it a quest or something? How do you get it?

It's a tattoo you can make at Skin Tyte-- however you need 500 inks of the color and 20K-21K gold (depending on the color) to create the tattoo.
Gray is made with 250 white inks and 250 black inks.
Gray, white and black are the ones that cost 21K, the other colors cost 20K.
And there are no gold or brown body dyes.
