Gaia is being very strange regarding my signature. All I'm trying to do is change the gold amount in my quest bar, but when I attempt it, I get an error message saying that my sig has reached 269 characters, which is more than the 255 I am able to use. I don't understand, I'm only using one more character! Then I tried removing a few things, like the color and alignment, I thought that would reduce it a whole bunch, but I got the exact same error message about 269 characters! It doesn't make any sense to me! Has anyone else had problems like this? Is there something simple I'm not seeing here?

It could be a gaia error if you're getting the same message no matter how much you change. The only thing I can suggest is waiting it out and see if gets fixed

I'm getting an error message while trying to read PMs - so I'm guessing that there are a few bugs flying around at the moment.
I'd wait a week, then report it in the Bugs forum.

There's an 'unseen character' cult that covertly monitors signatures, looking for opportunities to latch on to unused space in sigs. They exploit these 'sig-holes' by filling them with their unseen propaganda, which works effectively toward their cause because nobody ever actually sees it. The empty spaces around Gaia are full of unseen characters and most people don't even realise it. There has so far been no effective method found of combating this.

i had the same problem, if you look at your questbar code you will see it´s getting longer everythime you change it.
