It's that time of the month again!! Time to announce our second ever Member of the Month!! Last month's title was held by the lovely Super Buick, but now it is time for him to hand over his crown, to none other than the lovely.....
Bakura Amane!!!!!
We have taken the time to ask Bakura Amane a few questions, and here's what she had to say:
MMM: How old are you and where are you from?
BA: I am 27 years young (as stated in my profile) and I am from Overland Park, Kansas (a suburb of Kansas City)
MMM: How did you come up with your Gaia name?
BA: My original Gaia name was Bakura Ryo, my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh! character and in the traditional way of writing one's name in Japan with the surname given first and the given name last; my current Gaia name is his late sister's name (Amane) and again is in the traditional way of writing one's name in Japan. However, now it is more of a ficitional character I have created for my fanfictions that I write and the character's name is (in American form of writing one's name) Amane "Amy" Bakura, which I may change to Amane "Amy" Sakura.
MMM: What is your favorite game on Gaia and why?
BA: My favortie game used to be Word Bump, but after the admins neglected to fix it I fell away from it and now it's a toss up between Pinball and Puzzles. I have always been one to like pinball games. I think I wasted more of my famiy's quarters on that than any other game. icon_xd.gif I like puzzles because it's a mystery trying to see what fits with what and what the finished puzzle will look like; I know you get a picture usually of what the puzzle is supposed to look like, but it still is a mystery. icon_blaugh.gif
MMM: If you had to be stranded on a desert island with only three things, what would those three things be and why?
BA: Only three things?! Man! Well, I would bring sunscreen (because I burn very easily), a portable air conditioner or fan (because if I get too hot I get sick), and a pillow or sleeping bag to sleep on because I don't like sleeping on just the ground/soil.
MMM: Which Gaia item do you wish you had in real life?
BA: I think it'd have to be the katanas or the prisms. I have always wanted a katana; they are just so cool! And the prisms would really bring out that artistic side of me.
MMM: Rock, paper, or scissors?
BA:Hmm...they all have their positives. I guess I'd have to say paper since I like to write so much; no one would ever let me have anything sharp so that lets out scissors and rock is too hard.
MMM: If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
BA:Well, that's hard, but I guess I'd have to say flight. I would like to have the ability to fly so I wouldn't have to walk (especially when I'm tired).
MMM: Shoutout: make a shoutout to anyone in particular you want to in the guild.
BA: I'd like to give a shout out to Anotina, Doressa, Super Buick for being such good friends to me and for always being there when I need someone to talk to! I'd also just like to give a shout out to our guild in general because everyone is just so darned nice and helpful! Thanks everyone!

Thanks everyone so far! This was a wonderful surprise after so much has gone wrong in the past week; it was nice to see this and to actually be honored by one of my guilds. No one has ever done this not even in real life. Thank you!
