Uh, I know it's pretty random, but yeah, I'd like to know I'm not alone! O_O
The hardest solo I've ever had to play in front of an audience (alone) was Prelude cello Suite no.1. The note's aren't terribly hard, but the tempo is a killer! Way to many sixteenth notes.

I don't get solo parts... sad
But I'm the only one in my section, so at the same time everything I play is a solo. Irish Trilogy is the hardest I've played (It was a grade 4, bordering 5)... what a beast that song was... Eighth and sixteenth notes in cut time, at 96 bpm. Holy sh*t. eek

Well I'm the backup soloist in marching band, and it's a really hard jazz solo. I have to put it down an octave, but my section leader can play it up.

The euphonium solo from Second Suite in F (don't ask me who it's by because I have no clue). It's a killer on the lips, and you can't practice it for too long or your lips die from all of the high notes...oh, and my BD takes it WAY too fast for me to have a prayer of hitting the high notes, since he's having me work on "extending my range" (read: murderizing my lips)

i had this one solo part in a quartet (2 alto saxes 1 tenor and 1 bari)(im 1 alto) and i was shaking so hard i thought people could hear it! but it was high notes (which im best at) so it wasnt to hard. and its funny in jazz with improvised stuff im fine.

It was for an audition for districts, I didn't make it by the way. I don't remember what it was, but it was difficult.

I had to do a solo for a Jazz song called "Pecking Order". Had way too many triplets and accidentals.

I play flute, and where i live there is this thing called "Solo and Ensemble". You pick a piece of music, and perform in front of a judge, usually with a piano accompinist. You then are graded on your performance, ex: Superior, Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor.
well, my BD gave me "Flight of the Bumblebee"
yeah. its the hardest thing i've played yet.

There was a tenor/bone soli in a funk chart called Fowl Play...augh!!! 16th notes, accidentials, high range, then at the end 16th note triplets. I didn't even know what those were before I got the piece. >_<
But yeah...I hate soloing. So whenever I end up doing it I never play anything hard. It pisses my teacher off but I don't even care....
