"Nodame Cantabile" takes place at the fictional Momogaoka College of Music, revolving around the lives of the weird and wonderful piano student, Noda Megumi and the talented Shinichi Chiaki. I got into this manga after becoming a huuuge fan of the live-action drama version. So far, I've only bought the first volume of the manga, but I'm already loving it. Hehe. Does anybody else read this brilliant series? Or am I among others who have seen either the live-action or anime adaptations?

Yaay! Another Nodame fan (my prayers have been answered XP). My little brother and I have been watching the drama boxset every night this week, I'm so glad I've managed to convert him to Nodame love. Hehe. I've yet to see the anime series, but it is on my long list of boxsets to invest in (Can you believe an assistant at my favourite bookshop reccomended a torrent when she saw me pick up the manga instore XD) I'm pretty keen on live-action adaptations, but I've gotta admit this is one of the best one I've seen so far (on parr with LIFE) <3
