I could rant all day long about problems with society and governmental/environmental junk. Every time I hear some politician on the radio talking about saving money for consumers by drilling in Alaska, I get ticked ticked off. I want to say, "Well, you have just destroyed our planet where people will have to try to live for generations to come... What are you going to do now?" Seriously, not every resource is renewable... stare But everyone has to have the big cool gas guzzling car/truck/SUV to show off while destroying the world. I keep thinking that the world will look like the real world from the Matrix if people don't start taking care of our resources and home. xp

bwarg. drilling. Did you know that some people want to still shoot polar bears? They're only protected under the Endangered freaking Species List. But no, not only do we want to still drill there and ruin their home that way, we want the gas we get there (what, a 1month supply? I don't actually know, but that would be fitting), and we want to put them as a rug in front of our fire. what the freaking f?

I don't actually know, but that would be fitting), and we want to put them as a rug in front of our fire. what the freaking f? It's because humans as animals think they're better than everything else. Something will evolve and dethrone us - eventually though. Just sit tight. Either that, or we'll kill each other because we're also the most retarded animal on earth. I'm just pissed off really bad right now because my friend - my good friend Jamie, we're really close - is being disconnected from the only source of contact she has, which is her internet. Because her grandparents have control, and decided she doesn't need it or something. They call her openly a stupid b***h, even though she doesn't do anything. Hell I'd go to say they're even more retarded than my own mother. I want to be able to kidnap her, and stuff, and bring her over here to hang out, but she lives in Utah, where we can't get to her. Nyaa. I don't want her to leave, but...

To act as though you're part of something when you're really not?
It's like people who join an organization simply to flaunt the fact that they're part of it, when they truly have no right to do so.
O_o I'm glad that so far in my engineering team, theres no one like that... I've had a lot of people come to me and ask to be part of it but lol, seriously I can tell already that a lot of em just want to be a part of it to bum off of any achievements we happen to make. I say, hell no! Thats why organizations have entrance exams... be it interviews or actual written tests.

I'm part of several guilds, but only really active in this one, and that's mostly because I was active in the other guilds for a bit but then they died down and no one posted in them very often. *le sigh*

@Dewshine: I know sometimes I lull in posts in my guilds, but I don't ever just... stop posting, but not leave. There are some guilds that I was in that just died and I haven't ever bothered to leave, but it's not like I actively tell people I'm in that guild. I don't post there, so I can't say I'm really in it.
And after watching an episode of Secrets and Lies on MSNBC today with my mother about a long series of cases involving 'child molestation rings' in the 1980's, all supposedly lead by John Stoll (which they WEREN'T), I have to say that I think that people are pretty f*cking stupid. This man was in jail for 20 years because Child Protection Services people convinced dozens of children whom, due to being friends of Stoll's son or friends of his friends and thus spent a lot of time at his swimming pool in Bakersfield, were convinced to tell the jury that he and a number of other adults (some being their OWN parents) had sexually molested them. Stoll was in jail for 20 years because of it. A lot of the children confessed to have lied when they were 5, 6, 7 years old.
So, again, what the f*ck is wrong with people? Making children lie about that kind of thing to save face? Ruining people's lives?

That is why I think it is stupid that they say that justice is blind. Everyone has a slant on something. Wouldn't it be unethical for a prosectuter who knows that his/her client is guilty of murder plead that his/her client is innocent? It would be just as bad to create enough doubt that a criminal is not convicted. All of the rules and greed bothers me. It is sad that we live in a world where everything in stores has to have a safety hazard/caution tag on it to keep the manufacterors/distributors from being sued. xp

Especially the most obvious caution signs....
Example:
Someone buys a cup of coffee from McDonalds.... The cup actually says "Caution hot beverage"
What kind of person orders coffee and expects it to be cold?!
