Ladders. Terrified of 'em. Not just standing on them, but driving behind vehicles with them strapped to the roofs or (only occasionally) sides. I can't think of a logical reason for this one.
Wasps specifically, all stinging insects more generally and not quite as severely. I ran into a yellow jackets' nest as a child. That tends to leave an impression.

spiders, I hate them, I freak out when I see one even if it's across the room away from me.
Heights too. I tend to start hyperventilating when I'm on something too high from me... it could be even just on a step ladder and I get freaked out. I tend to make my gf stand next to me and hold me if I'm on a chair or something because I can't handle it.
One year she made me go on a fairis(?) wheel... it didn't go too well, I thought I was going to pass out from the whole experience. BY the time we got back on the ground I had to sit down to let my head calm down, it sucked.
Hmm... what else? Oh like someone else, bees, hornets, insects with stingers.. yeah can't handle those either... Well even a bumble Bee will set me off.
Yes, things that freak me out will tend to set me off more than it should.

My friends and I discussed this fears once and even printed out the whole list. One of my friends was surprised to see that there was a fear of going to school. There is basically a phobia for everything.
