Main Characters
*In no particular order.

Kaliana (Kal) Ayres
Age: 18
Sex: Female
Background/History: learnt all the mechanics skills from her father who runs an engineering shop in Lucas. She would occasionally help out in repairs but mostly worked at the counter. Her father would give her the metal scraps of old machinery which she would fashion into jewelery
Personality: hides her soft side with her strange sense of humour which consits mostly of double entendras and sexual innuendo. She is bubbly and light hearted and always a good sport. While she doesn't mind cheating or foul play when just messing about she detests people who cheat to win in serious competition.
Occupation: Mechanic of Malleus Maleficarum
Abilities: Metalwork, Aikido, engineering.
Weapon: Heavy axe (will be included with pic.)
Appearance: 175cm tall, pale lilac hair and ends at the tailbone. violet/indigo eyes. She has a very slim and curvacious body, usually emphasised by wearing tight, skimpy outfits. The the majority of the story she wears a black bikini top, grey camo pants with reinforced leather knee pads and a matching biker jacket for cooler weather.
When on her bike, she'll often wear black leathers with twin silver stripes down each side. Her helmet is black with a silver skull and crossbones on the crown. With both outfits she wears heavy, black, thick-soled boots with 3 buckles along the outside of each.


Flitz Ayres
Age: 14
Sex: Female
Background/History: Always aspired to be as popular and confident as her sister, who became her role model and closest friend because she practically grew up by her side. Wherever Kaliana went, she was always close behind.
Personality: Quiet and shy, Flitz has always been a bit of a tag-along, attaching herself to her sister and friends but she's never seen as a burden or a nuisance. Even though she doesn't talk often, her presense itself seems to lift the mood and make even the most horrible of days better.
Occupation: N/A
Abilities: can make the worst food taste good, makes people happy, cooking and herblore (mostly for cooking but also helps in healing.)
Weapon: A cross shaped, sheild-like weapon. Mostly for defense because of Flitz's hatred for fighting, but the pointy parts of the cross serve as blades.
Appearance: shoulder-length blonde hair with orange tinge, lilac eyes (same colour as Kaliana's hair), very small and slight figure. She wears a stiffly shaped lilac dress with a matching shoulder-coat thing that stops just beneath her chest. the dress ends at the kness. both pieces have an aztec-influenced pattern in a pale pink along the bottom but the coat also has frilly cuff type things again a pale pink but the edging frills are white. there are two sets of these, one at the shoulder (about where a t-shirts sleeves end) and another at the ends of the sleeves or cuffs which doubles back onto the sleeve.
She also wears a small lilac bow to hold her fringe to the side.


Dakota Mizuyuri
Age: 17
Sex: Female
Background/History: Herparents died when she was only 7. in their place her brother ran the country until one day, during a rebellion attack on the palace, he vanished. now dakota acts as the stand-in ruler.
Personality: Tries to get along with everyone and acts as a peacemaker. she has a strong beleif in fair judgement and equal responsibility.
Occupation: Princess and stan-in ruler of Sabakumori.
Abilities: magic, leadership, healing
Weapon: intricately detailed dagger and staff.
Appearance: long, sandy blonde-brown hair which is pulled back into a bun then falls loosely with 3 plaits in the middle of it. She wears a headband which links to the bun via 3 thin chains of either side. Her eyes are a deep golden-brown, below both is a tattoo of a .,.,.,. formation in an arc around the bottom outside of each eye. She also has twin collarbone tattoos ~,~


Xavier Alexander Leighton
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Background/History: He moved to lucas at a young age. Rich and loving family, he has always had free rein of his life and parents money but does not take advantage of his parents and remains unspoilt. a few years back, his family 'adopted' Dietrich. Xavier began planning Malleus Maleficarum at 13 and started building at 15
Personality: insanely happy-go-lucky, a cheerful but not always bright person. He normally gets along with everyone except those he sees as a challenge/threat (eg: someone as stubborn as himself). While his stubbornness often causes arguements, in which he's determined to have the last word, he's a loyal and trustworthy friend who never goes back on his promises.
Occupation: Captain of Malleus Maleficarum
Abilities: Languages, Mythology, leadership, getting along with others.
Weapon: Cutlass
Appearance: medium length wavy brown hair with blonde highlights. brown eyes with green flecks, slightly toned figure, fair-skinned. Wears a black muscle-tight singlet that used to be a skivvie but arms have been torn off and a plain white dress shirt hung loosely overthe top with 3 buttons open at the top and two at the bottom, cream flared pants, red fabric tied around waist as a belt.



Dietrich Mircea
Age: 17
Sex: Male
Background/History: Orphaned at 12 by a fire that completely destroyed his house. Moved in with Xaviers faimily. They provided him with a humble apartment, clothing, food, etc on the condition he help out at the family store (flowers?)
Personality: very emotionally attuned to others but not himself, he can sense when someone isn't themselves. Fairly standoffish, he hides his emotions behind an expressionless mask. Lone wolf type, he is silent and work-focused but also kind, sincere, loyal, understanding, respectful and considerate. And although his scowl makes him appear unnaproachable at first, he loves a laugh now and then.
Occupation: shop assistant and Navigator of Malleus Maleficarum
Abilities: navigation, violin, understanding emotions, insight (tarot, etc.)
Weapon: generic sword (alot like genesis' in crisis core.)
Appearance: rust-coloured hair, sky blue eyes with a green tint, slight but strong figure with a vague tan.
Wears red trench coat, black pants, coat has brown leather straps criss-crossing over the front and collar is flared. white t-shirt with the words 'F.A.K.E.' written and bordered in a kind of spray-painted look. Boots are black, thick-soled and end mid-calf with two large buckles up the side.


Kaze Shirogane
Age: 22
Sex: Male
Background/History: When his father died of illness, his mother gave him up to an orphanage and moved in with her first husband, with whom she has a son several years older than him. Kaze escaped the orphanage at 16 and joined NATO with his brother. He served for two years before meeting his first mate, Akuji and becoming the most infamous pirate known.
Personality: Sly, playful and childish, he loves stirring up others and cousing trouble, but he knows when it's not exactly the best time for his strange sense of humour.
Occupation: Captain of the White Oblivion
Abilities: weapon skills, attracking and avoiding both attention and dangerous situations. Posseses inhuman amounts of luck which aid him in his close shaves with death.
Weapon: Valdris-style weapons. (twin small weapons with blades at either end.)
Appearance: straight and flicky white-blonde hair, sapphire blue eyes and a slim figure with subtle muscles.
Faded stone-grey coat with white fur edging the cuffs and hood, jacket left open to reveal a plain black tee. Skiiny-leg white pants with flared ends, black fake-leather shoes and a black belt with a large silver buckle. Also wears a chunky black watch and plain silver cross.

~ YAY! It's slowly getting there! My interenet was supposed to be online on the first of july and now it's mid-way through the week. *cries* Oh, a little hint, If there's a blank spot in the profiles try highlighting it (Doesn't work for all) I whited it out because they contain spoilers. view at your own risk!!!

~ I just felt like mentioning that this will hopefully be developed into a manga when i get more skill. right now i'm pretty average... i can do alright still profiles but movement, proportion and hands are not my forte. DAMN THE ANATOMY!!!!! I will upload completed pics of the characters when they are completed.

~ In the other's comments section, i will be including other peoples art of myself and peoples interpretations of the characters. If people wish to do fanart please don't post it in the avi arena with out including a link to my story and including the notice that i reserve the rights to the original idea/design for the character and/or story. Please and thankyou! ~ heart

~ Okay... not good... i've run into a few more problems with characters. i will make edits on paper first and soon i will return. *valiant pose*

~ i've decided to edit the profiles so there's no need to keep updating them when i think of another epic storyline. Now they will be featured in traditional RP models but minor characters will just have a paragraph description.

~ right-e-o. i would have written stuff up by now but i'm kind of replanning the prologue. also, i'm a bit too preoccupied with climax moments of the story to be completely focused on that.. maybe i'll put the original prologue up anyway... just to try and secure a little bit of a fanbase to start with. I don't know... I guess i could rename the topic as a draft if i go on to change it later...that could work... anyway i don't have to story with me at the moment so you'll just have to wait until next time i'm online. ^_^

~ Another note: when i start the story, the amount of description may vary every now and then. This is for a number of reasons.
- it could depend on my mood. in other words i might have one of those days where my usually large vocabulary goes...uh...missing and i start to get either bored/annoyed and leave out description. (my writing moods wax and wane - the prologue is an example of me in a good writing mood.)
- I don't know exactly what the item/person/thing looks like. eg: Kal's clothing is decribed in large detail whereas the ship - the MM - is very vague. I'm trying to design the ship.. i have had more like with the desert nomads, Kaze's and NATOs vehicles.
There are more reasons such as being busy, being overwhelmed/excited when i come up with an awesome plot/character twist, etc. but i won't go into detail about them. the two that are mentioned are the main points. So yeah.. i apologise in advance for my disorganised writing style.

~ i am also going to apologise for the incidental similarities between my world and the real world or others. EG: I only learned a month ago that the Navy of Aerial Transport Operations had the same initials as the North Atlantic Teaty Organisation and that Dietrich Mircea features some striking similarities with Genesis Rhapsodos of Dirge of Cerberus/ Crisis Core of the Final Fantasy VII series. Once again i assure the readers this is purely unintentional (although now i find myself giving dietrich more and more qualities similar to genesis - while still keeping their distinct differences.) and I apologise If this offends or confused anyone. On a side note: I am considering a few details of the story. nothing that will have a huge effect on anyone who doesn't go over every letter with an electron microscope but it's notable in any case.

~ Yay! i'm so happy! i'm entering the 100 Themes Art Challenge based on the story/character/events of the story! well.. somewhere in the near future...when i get a bit more talent in proportions, etc... and when the rest of the appearences are finished... ANYWAY! ^_^ i'll be entering twice - the first will be emotional and purdy and the second will be adorable and humourous... they may mix a little...

~ OMIGOSH!!! BIIIIIIIG news! i've started doing my infamous (to my friends) stick figure comics to see if the chapters are not overly long and pointless and make sense. after a little editing i'll put up the prologue... i'll probably start a new post for the comic version of the story. (the same will happen with the previously mentioned 100 themes manga challenge). links will be put here in bold ^_^

Hmm.. maybe there are some modifications that people can have... i really haven't fine-tuned everything about the world yet... to be honest all i have is a WHOLE lot of ideas and god-damned sexy and awesomely epic scenes running through my head.. i have to join them all up now... which usually means relating them to each other.. which usually uncovers even more epic/sexy scenes... my rok is never over *cries*

EDIT: Oh yeah, and thanks for the love/critique.. i got so carried away i forgot to mention my gratitude.. i really need more techno-stuff... like holograms... Oh what fun i can have inventing!! twisted
