also Wallflower, also know as Perfect Girl Evolution, it's comedy/romance
you also might like Love Monster, although it has some sex scenes
Rosario to Vampire also is romance/vampire/monster
some other romance/school/comedy that you may want to look into are~

Ouran High School Host Club: comedy, weird, romance
Special A: Outrageous, Comedy and Romance
Shugo Chara: about a punk girl and gardian angels, comedy, romance, school life
D. Gray man: Comedy, Fantasy, horror at times, and sad too
Macross Frontier: Comedy , sci-fiction, and romace (very cool affects used)
Junjou Romantica: Yaoi(boy x boy), sweet show, ummm sometimes gets too nasty (sex scenes) romance
Peach Girl: awesome twists, romace, school life and mean girls type of thing
Wagari na Saga: it's about a fox deity i am watching some eps!
Itazura na Kiss: awesome comedy and romance like school rumble
oh and i do reccomend school rumble if u haven't watched it b4
Mangas: absolute boyfriend, kokou debut, love monster, kare first love, power(girl got game), vampire knight, monkey buisness, beauty pop , etc lol so many more

I have to agree with Yu Yu Hakusho. Bleach seems to share a lot of the same elements that Yu Yu Hakusho had, so if you like Bleach, you'll probably dig Yu Yu Hakusho as well. Another shounen manga I'd reccomend would have to be Ranma. Bit perverted at times, but it's hilarious as all hell.
As for as shoujo, a personal favorite of mine is Mars. I'm not quite sure how alike to the manga you listed it is, but it's a pretty good story.

Evangelion is a must.
Basilisk is great, if you enjoyed Naruto you should probably like it too.
