I personally have never liked Elvis . . . his voice drives me insane . . . but I learned a long while back that he was the Beatles's idol so I decided to not completely hate him and just continue life not listening to him . . .
Then, also a long while back, but not quite as long, I found out that Elvis, the Beatles's idol, tried to get the Beatles thrown out of America because he was afraid that they would steal his fame.
Evil Elvis.
Back to the Elvis hate, then.

Elvis is good and more Rock & Roll, but c'mon, The Beatles are AWESOME!!
Their classics are just the BEST!
Yeah, Elvis has also got those awesome classics, but I dunno, my music teacher loved the Beatles, and he just got me right into them! We sang and played their music a lot and some of their riffs (I love Beatles riffs, they're totally original).
I suppose really I've just been brought up by the Beatles more than Elvis.
Then again, I prefer 'The Who' to both of them..
