I'd say marching backwards, going from the twenty, to the fourty, holding a baritone, staying in line (b/c yes evil man does make us run laps if we get out of line) GOING 180 BPM.yeah. that made me want to cry.
edit. going from the twenty, to the fourty on the the OTHER side of the field.

spinning flags crossing through the drum line as we hurry to get to the fount of the field for a feature. our flags aren't really good at all, so they we basically had to pray we didn't get smacked in the face with a pole.

Two yard-line jazz run in eight counts, horns down on count two, abrupt direction change on count eight. A sax fell down during our homecoming performance ... auuuuuuuhhh ...

We had a jazz feature where everyone breaks off and dances in stuff. One of our bass drums always fell to the ground and started spinning around on his bass drum. Hah...

Crab-stepping a 385 person wedge. The only time we didn't have more than six people fall was BOA.

I did the drum major split in front of the drum majors during a botb show when we were running to the sideline and they jumped me on the way back to GA (we were in ALA)

We had to march backwards into a diagonal. And we couldn't look behind us so we had to guess about our spot. It was hard!

We had to march backward. Then when we got into formation we would turn around during the tag halt. This isn't crazy, but once, i didn't turn and the quad player crashed into me. I play snare so it wasn't a pretty sound. No one noticed though.

In our show last year, during the closing number, me and two others had to march backwards, through the color gaurd and avoid getting hit, and THEN march around them forwards and meet up with another line going backwards, and then march backwards again. I got hit a lot during practice because I kept trying to warn the person in front of me that he was drifting and about to get hit. owie X-x.

But actually marching with it takes your mind off of the annoying heaviness and Im lucky that my BD isn't evil, probably why she is really respected by a lot
