Here is where you can find exactly what the title suggests. All the descriptions of the areas you can post in. Most should have pictures so you can get a better image of what it looks like, but if they don't, be free to interpret using whatever.

 The Forest of Mist
The forest of mist is shrowded in a constant blanket of mist, hence it's name. The density of the mist is constantly changing, it can sometimes be as thin as the air itself but still very much felt by those who enter the forest. At other times it is so thick it makes it almost impossible to see more then a foot in front of you. The forest borders on the Silence Village Forest. And is where a 1000 year battle between the two villages ended 10 years ago with the kidnapping of one of the villages children.

Oujou Mines
The mines are hidden somewhere on the plains of Eternal Night. They've long been abandoned by the village. They were once used to mine precious ore that the village would trade with the other villages. But when the mine ran dry the village stopped using it. The mine now sits abandon and decaying, slowly falling apart. Many ninja train in the mines for their survival training, if your not careful you can get lost in the mines for days even weeks at a time.

Chinka Sawa
South West of the Shroud village gates lays the Chinka Sawa where all tavalers must be light footed to be able to get far. It is a swapland like no other. It is as if it has a mind of its own when some of thr swamp land turns hard to lure victims in a few steps untill they miss step and slowly sink in just as slowly as the hard spots become soft once more.

The plain of Eternal Night
The plain lies between the village itself and the forest of Mist which borders the Silence Village. As the name suggests the plain is always cloaked in darkness. For a reason that is unknown the sun never shines on the plains, and never has. This makes training in the area unwise unless you have some sort of light source. It also provides a hinderence to anyone searching for the village. Without knowing where your going you can easily get lost in the darkness. The only time in which the plain has any light is when it is actually night time and the moon's light is shining on the empty plains.

Maisouchi anoyo Wasurerareru (Graveyard of the Forgotten)
In the forest to the east of Silence lies the Maisouchi anoyo Wasurerareru (Graveyard of the Forgotten). This graveyard is where the dead of Silence were buried after there long war with Shroud. A war that has since been fogotten by many in the village, that are too young to have been alive during the war. Only the elders of the village truely remember the reality of that war, because they lived it. And many of the people they held dear died in it.
After the war the graveyard was visited often by those that wished to hold onto the memories of their dead, but now few go there. The grounds of the graveyard are always covered in a thick layer of snow. In the forest where the graveyard lies, it is always snowing. It's as if the snow were the frozen tears of the dead and forgotten in their graves. No longer visited by the ones they cared so deeply for in life. Because of this some of the spirits here often attack those that may chance to visit here. But there are also those that will come to the aid of those that call upon them, seeking their aid or even there guidance...but that is only if they can find a way to speak to the spirits themselves.

Neva Plain
Neva plain is just inside the small borders of Silence village. It name comes form the blood of the first Hanekage who was slain by the Sato ANBU squad ten years into the villages’ existence. It is said that if you come to this field on the very night the Hanekage was killed the grass has a red tint as if the plain is holding on the soul of the Hanekage. The field is nothing more then that with some training items around its borders nothing more nothing less.

The Desert of Kenzan Sabure
Named after a earth elemental ninja who mastered his control of sand to a point that he could use the sand to see for him, due to being blind himself. This technique was buried along with this great ninja as it is sand his body is buried some where in the vast desert out side the village hidden in the silence. It is said that the sand is always watching those who travel it and those who disrespect it are smitten by the spirit of the lost ninja.

Shinkyou (Sacred Mirror)
Some think that the where the forest ends and another one begins is a place of mutual war. In this area, the country of Silence and Current are very close to eachother, and it is where the Shuin River runs through the Silence Village, before passing onto the other countries. This area is actually a break in the Forest of Shadows, where it continues to the border. This area is a place of early controversy between the villages and it is where the water is coldest. The water flows gently down stream before reaching this area where the land gets rockier, and the rivers begins to go downhill. As it does, it becomes colder and faster and eventually becomes a waterfall. Where the waterfall begins to fall is where the area got its name. The "Shinkyou" or Sacred Mirror was named for how clear and pure the water is. It is said to be the strong soul of the border between the villages, and is to signify that the world is like a mirror, and reflects everything, even the lives on it. The cold waters spill out in a large pool, and then continues on smoothly to the other villages it goes to. The area is a place of many hidden caves and underwater passages. The water is so cold though, that most of the people that try to reach these caves do not survive if they are not trained properly. This is a good solid place to train, because there is a break in the trees, and a safe place between villages. Before the Villages were named, there were many tales of wandering Samurai finding this area, cleaning themselves within its water, and waking up the next day completely healed and strong to get home.

Utsuro Keikoku
Just to the south of the silence village lays the Utsuro Keikoku a Great canyon where it is said that in certain places of high energy along the rock face your thoughts can be heard out loud. This is truly the only place in silence where it is not always silent.

 Forest of Shadows
The forest of shadows is where the village’s ANBU squad trains in the art of shadow killing. It is where the term and technique was made hence the name. The forest is fast it is the beigest part of the silence village land it is heavy in foliage and is where most of the ninja train in the village if not on the Neva plain. It is the closest part of land to the current village the center of all of the villages. AT night it is almost imposable to see since the canopies of trees above are so heavy. Near the boarders of the forest and current village it is cover in traps to keep unwanted guests away from them.

Tenshu Mizu Lake
Just west of Current village lies a rather large lake, it is said to have once been the home of a rather large water dragon, named Seiryuu, who was forced out of the lake during the great war due to the disrespect of the kage deciding to forfit the great lake to save the river that he felt was his greatest asset in the war and the biggest moral giver to the village.
The Lake now rests in a netrual area but the current villagers still feel that they own it do to the fact of the history that some of the family members have there. It is thought as a place of celabration some use it as a place to be wedd others a get away from the busy city, and the rest use it as a place to train.

 The Forest of Waves
The Forest of Waves is the smallest of the forests in the world. It borders the Di forest of the Fire Country. It was given the name of waves do to the fact that if you look down on it from above the tops of the trees look as if they were crashing waves. It is small and only contains oak trees. They are tall and strong, many ninja try to knock them down to train but very few accomplish this due to how hard and solid a tree they are.

 Sosennorei Hisen (Ancestral Falls)
The great Sosennorei Hisen has been known as the most powerful place in the current lands. It is where the Shuin river becomes one river again from two tributaries just before it enters the current village. The area has land on either side of the river as well as stone across it at the bottom in a scattered pattern. On the top sixty meters up is the highest point of the water fall where it is said that souls from unknown lands mix with those of the current land often times fighting causing the loud roar of the water as it falls.
