I was just invited to be my friend Jibra'il's Household Sister in his Household (yes, redundancy rules my life), Compagnia dell'Arcangelo Gabriele.
I'm so stinkin' excited that I'm half-afraid I'll be wetting myself any second.
Eeeee!
You may now return to your scheduled programming.

Congrats! Hope your time with them is as good as mine is with the Greyfeathres. I sometimes don't know what I'd do without them. 3nodding

I so get that. Considering I'm the only one in my genetic family that plays, it's nice to have a family that understands the Dream. biggrin

Sister, what where the chances that we'd bump into each other on TWO sites before actually meeting? (granted I put in my guild application before 12th Night but it was accepted today.. I;ve been lurking instead) Welcome to the family! No freaking kidding! *hugs* And there's nothing wrong with lurking. Lord knows I do enough of it. Meanwhile, I'm stuffing my face full of Gwen's marzipan. I think I need an intervention.

Lady Rayya must there be an intervention when the addiction is so sweet? There might be that need. What's sad is I got the boy addicted to the stuff.

Congratulations. I sort of have, not the opposite, but the reverse thing going on now. My mother started a household before she married my father; and she managed to keep it up and healthy for a while. I mean; she managed to run a household, be a queen, and have two kids at the same time. How?! Tangent. But when her younger two turned out to be a bit more... the school called us special; she kinda had to fade away for twenty years. sad And other people had kids, and started their own households, and Stormgard faded with her. But when we got old enough to say we wanted to be more active in the SCA, dammit, people our age were founding it; the household started up again. First we had one man at arms, then my sister's best friend and her husband joined, then his little brother. Then his little brother decided to raise an army. I offered to outfit them. I love my boys to death. heart
